My three favorite perfumes for a night out

glow after dark perfume
Hundreds of enticing perfumes are available for evening wear but it may be difficult to pick just one out of the lot. If I had it my way, I would have a perfume wardrobe! I prefer to go with your personality and instinct when buying a perfume for that special evening out. Think of where you’re going out and select one accordingly. Check out three of my favorite perfumes that I reserve for those special night outs:

1. Glow After Dark perfume
glow afte dark perfumeGlow After Dark perfume by Jennifer Lopez is on top of the list when it comes to favorite perfumes. With top notes of mandarin, passion fruit and white cherry and middle notes of jasmine, rose and orange flower, Glow after Dark is aptly named. It’s a perfume that’s just right for a romantic evening out with someone special or if you want to party till the wee hours. With base notes of pink musk and patchouli in a curvaceous bottle, the perfume is bound to make you feel deliciously feminine.
2. Escada perfumes
I have to smell good when I go out, morning or evening. The Escada perfumes that I have are essentially evening perfumes that are a refined mix of Oriental spices, orange blossoms and vanilla. Top notes give more than a hint at coconut and peach and create an aura around you when you wear Escada in the evenings. There’s nothing subtle about some of the perfumes that have top notes of passion fruit, papaya and guava with hints of jasmine. There’s no way you can feel prim and proper with this perfume.
3. Shalimar
The origin of Shalimar by Guerlain is as legendary as the perfume. This iconic perfume has long been a best-seller and its charm lies in its citrus notes combined with lemon and bergamot, jasmine, vanilla, Peru balsam and Tonka bean that make it a perfect evening perfume. The mid-notes are distinctly floral and luxurious, to say the least. The composition has remained the same over the years, i.e. sensuous and rich and that’s what makes it a winner all the way through.
Test out various perfumes before settling for something that’s exactly you. Test them out on blotters and narrow down your choice. Then wear them for a few hours and see how it smells on your skin before buying it.
