Keep Warm With A Patagonia R4 Jacket

I dread winters because I tend to feel cold while everyone else is feeling relatively warm; even if I’m all bundled up in warm clothes. This year we are planning to spend part of our holidays at a ski resort. The first thought that crossed my mind when we came up with this idea was that I would have to buy a jacket that could protect me from the cold. My sister has suggested that I buy the Patagonia R4 Jacket as she had recently bought one and was quite impressed by it.
I went over to my sister’s place to have a look at the jacket. She had a peacock blue Patagonia Lightweight R4 Jacket.  When I put it on, it was really soft and warm. It was thoughtfully designed. The jacket is lightweight and stretchable. It has a seamless shoulder so that carrying a backpack will be so much more comfortable. The two zippered hand warmer pockets are placed in high so that they are easily accessible even when wearing a harness. It also has a zippered chest stash pocket and two drop in internal pockets. The cuffs have elastic only on the bottom so the wrist do not become too bulky.

The Patagonia R4 Jacket is suited to keeping you warm. It has a microfleece exterior, a middle layer of Polartec Windbloc laminate and an R1 grid polyester interior. This interior also enhances the breathability of the jacket and facilitates to keep you moisture free. The jacket has a neck gasket closure and a Supplex collar, which help to seal the cold weather and moisture out.
The best part of the Patagonia R4 Jacket is that it does not look bulky. It is compact and feminine. Having seen and tried on the jacket, I am quite sure that for once, this winter I will not be seen standing in a corner, shivering!
